MINT 400 RECORDS ARE PLEASED TO HAVE ANNOUNCED THE RE-RELEASE OF GLASWEGIAN PSYCH OUTLAWS BLACK CAT REVUE’S DEBUT E.P “FORTUNE FAVOURS THE STRANGE” REMASTERED ON FRIDAY MARCH 12th 2021. THIS IS THE GROUP’S FIRST RELEASE ON MINT 400 RECORDS.
Glaswegian psychedelic outlaws Black Cat Revue have paved their own path through the Scottish music scene since their inception in 2014 with their own hazy brand of garage rock n’ roll. Wearing influences on their sleeve such as The Velvet Underground, The Gun Club, Spacemen 3 and Neil Young amongst many others.
Playing shows all over the UK, Black Cat Revue have shared the stage with many respected touring artists including The Fall, Night Beats, Elephant Stone and Jim Jones & The Righteous Mind among many more, with their unique blend of jangle and fuzz establishing them as a cornerstone of Glasgow’s psychedelic rock n’ roll scene.
