Bringing a close to her self-proclaimed “sad girl era” Twinnie bows out of that chapter of her life with the incredibly poignant and reflective EP ‘Blue Hour (Before The Dawn)’ the second half of her previously released ‘Blue Hour (After Dark)’ record which spanned multiple hit singles including the SiriusXM charting ‘Bad Man’. Out now, Twinnie brings together a six-track concept project.
Much of the EP was written in the past year, a period in which the UK native suffered a heart wrenching breakdown of a ten-year relationship which acted as the catalyst of her move to Nashville, TN where she now resides. A move that has paid off immensely for the singer/songwriter who made her Opry debut in November of 2023.
‘Blue Hour (Before The Dawn)’ is a record born from real-life experiences and pain and the result is a collection of songs that define a chapter of Twinnie’s life. A period she is now bringing to a close with a sonic masterpiece that sees the pop-country artist evolving her sound even further.
Speaking about the EP, Twinnie says: “Blue Hour (Before The Dawn) is slightly more hopeful than the first half. Part 2 of this record, is about coming out the other side of a breakup. But there are some really sad songs on there. I’m so excited to share the project”
