Shed Seven have today announced five new intimate UK tour dates this October at which they will be performing their classic debut album ‘Change Giver’ in full on its 30th anniversary.

Tickets go on-sale 9:00am on Friday 26th July HERE – the band will be partnering with Banquet Records, HMV, Assai and Crash Records for tickets.

In conjunction with this announcement, the band have also announced a ‘bootleg’ variant of their forthcoming album ‘Liquid Gold’. The bootleg variant will be personally hand stamped by Rick Witter, features five bonus tracks and will only be available with tickets for this new Change Giver 30th anniversary tour; dates are as follows –

11 October         Kingston-Upon-Thames Pryzm

12 October         Coventry HMV Empire

17 October         Glasgow SWG3

18 October         Manchester Academy 2

19 October         Leeds Beckett’s Student Union

Last  weekend saw Shed Seven play two triumphant sold-out hometown 30th anniversary shows at York’s Museum Gardens – gigs which inspired The York Press to state, “If you could put together the wish-list Shed Seven-in-heaven gig, this was surely it.”

Not content with landing their first ever No.1 album in their 30th year with ‘A Matter of Time’, Shed Seven’s upcoming reworked orchestral hits set ‘Liquid Gold’ could well become their second, with pre-order sales already surpassing what was achieved the last time around.

Forthcoming album ‘Liquid Gold’ offers an alternative gateway into Shed Seven’s world – their most famous hits now presented in a widescreen format that will likely also entice a whole new audience. Reimagined by the band in collaboration with arrangers Fiona Brice (Liam Gallagher, Placebo) and Michael Rendall (who worked on both ‘A Matter of Time’ and 2017’s Top 10 comeback ‘Instant Pleasures’) with a brass section and gospel singers, the career-spanning set was first previewed by recent single ‘Devil In Your Shoes’.

Next up on the live schedule is a big show as guests to Blossoms and then the BBC Radio 2 in the Park extravaganza before Shed Seven’s own touring schedule gets back underway with an extensive record store tour starting on the day ‘Liquid Gold’ is released. They then embark upon their full scale 30th anniversary headline tour in November – very limited tickets for some shows remain available HERE.
